Receta Honey Mustard Brie Almondine

Ingredientes
- 1 sht puff pastry, (8 1/2 ounces), thawed
- 1 x Brie, (8 oz) cheese wheel
- 2 Tbsp. Grey Poupon Honey Mustard
- 1/3 c. Planters Sliced Almonds, toasted
- 1 x Egg, beaten Ritz or possibly Triscuit wafers
Direcciones
- 1. Roll puff pastry to flatten on floured surface.
- 2. Brush top an dsides of cheese wheel with mustard; coat with almonds.
- Place in center of pastry. fold pastry around chees,e trimming as necessray; seal edges. Place seam-side down on greased baking sheet.
- Decorate with pastry trimming cut outs. Brush with beaten egg
- 3. Bake at 400 F for 15 - 18 min or possibly till golden. Let stand 10 min before serving. Serve with crackers.
