Receta Italian Bolognese Sauce

Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 x onion finely minced
- 1 x carrot finely minced
- 1 x celery stalk finely minced
- 2 x garlic cloves finely minced
- 8 ounce grnd beef
- 6 ounce Italian sausage casing removed
- 1 c. red wine
- 18 ounce canned minced tomatoes crushed Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
- 1 tsp minced fresh rosemary
- 1 tsp minced fresh sage
- 12 ounce dry fettuccine
Direcciones
- Heat oil in a large pan. Add in celery, carrot, onion, garlic, and cook gently about 5 min. Add in the meat, cook 10 min over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
- Deglaze pan with wine, let reduce. Add in tomatoes and remaining ingredients, simmer slowly about 1 hour.
- Cook the pasta, drain, toss with sauce.
