Receta Italian Meat Pie

Ingredientes
- 1 pound each salami, ham, dry sausage (1 stick with skin off and sliced thinly), and mozzarella (cubed)
- 1/4 pound grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 pound container ricotta
- 1 doz. large large eggs
Direcciones
- Mix grated cheese, mozzarella and ricotta together. Beat large eggs and add in to mix. Mix all meat together. Be sure to cut it all in pcs. Put together all ingredients together and pour into pie crust. Top pie with strips of dough to give it criss - cross effect. Bake in preheated oven 400 degrees for 1 hour.
