Receta "Italian" Meatballs
This is an easy economical recipe that can be adapted to your favorite meat and herb.
Ingredientes
- 1 pound ground beef (you may use 1/2 pork, veal or turkey)
- 2 cups fresh bread crumbs
- 1/3 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 large cloves garlic, chopped very fine
- 1 large onion, chopped fine
- 1 egg
- 1 package dry Good Seasons Zesty Italian Dressing
- 2 T canola oil for frying
Direcciones
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except oil with your hands.
- Do not over-mix or your meatballs will be tough.
- Roll mixture into 24 meatballs.
- Saute in canola oil until just brown.
- Place the meatballs on a lined cookie sheet.
- Bake in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes until cooked through.
- Remove from oven to paper towels to absorb and fat.
- Re-warm meatballs in your choice of marinara sauce and serve over your favorite pasta.
