Receta Italian Meatballs Basic

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 lb Grnd beef
- 1 c. Bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 3/4 tsp Garlic pwdr
- 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Parsley
- 2 tsp Basil
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
Direcciones
- Mix all ingredients by hand till very well mixed. Roll into small balls.
- Option #1: Fry in warm oil, turning when done on one side. Option #2: Place in baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Also, spray tops of meatballs, Bake in 350 degree oven approximately 30 min or possibly till no longer pink in middle.
- Serve with sauce of choice over pasta, or possibly in meatball sandwich.
