Receta Italian Turkey Burgers

Ingredientes
- 1 1/4 lb Grnd turkey, uncooked
- 1 pt Dry oregano
- 1/2 pt Dry basil
- 1/8 pt Garlic pwdr
- 1 pt Chopped onion flakes
- 2 x Tomato sauce (8 ounce)
- 1 x Mushroom pcs,liquid removed (
- 1/4 pt Dry thyme
- 1/4 pt Garlic pwdr
- 1 pt Chopped onion flakes
- 1 pkt Beef flavored broth mix
Direcciones
- Preheat to 450 degrees. In a large bowl, combine turkey, oregano, basil, garlic pwdr, and onion flakes. Mix well and shape into 8 patties. Place patties in a shallow baking pan which has been sprayed with a nonstick cooking spray. Bake 15 min, till burgers are no longer pink inside, turning once while cooking. While burgers are cooking, prepare sauce: Combine all sauce ingredients in a small saucepan. Heat over medium heat till mix boils. Remove from heat. Spoon mix proportionately over burgers.
- Return to oven for 5 min. Spoon sauce over burgers when serving.
