Receta Jamaican Chili

Ingredientes
- 1 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 1/2 c. Onion, minced
- 2 x Cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 1/2 c. Sweet yellow peppers, minced
- 1 Tbsp. Grnd cumin
- 1 Tbsp. Warm Hungarian paprika
- 1 Tbsp. Chili pwdr
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Grnd cloves
- 2 can Stewed tomatoes, undrained
- 1 can Kidney beans, liquid removed
- 1 can Cannellini beans, liquid removed
- 1 can Black beans, liquid removed
- 1 c. Water
- 2 Tbsp. Tomato paste
- 2 Tbsp. Balsamic vinegar
- 6 Tbsp. Fresh cilantro, chopped
Direcciones
- Coat a Dutch oven with vegetable cooking spray; add in extra virgin olive oil. Place over medium-high heat till warm. Add in onion and garlic; saute/fry till onion is tender. Add in yellow pepper; saute/fry till pepper is tender. Add in cumin and next 5 ingredients; saute/fry 1 minute.
- Stir in tomatoes and next 5 ingredients; bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 20 min.
- Remove from heat; stir in vinegar. Ladle chili into individual bowls. Top each serving with 1 Tbsp. cilantro.
