Receta Jello "Cheese Em Up" Salad
Ingredientes
- 1 pkg. each 4 ounce serving of orange and lemon Jello (can use diet Jello)
- 2 c. boiling water
- 1/4 c. cool water
- 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple in own juice
- 1 c. coarsely grated carrots
- 1 container plain or possibly pineapple/orange yogurt
Direcciones
- Put together orange and lemon flavor gelatin, dissolve in boiling water. Measure 1 cup; refrigerate till slightly thickened. Add in cold water to remaining gelatin; add in pineapple with juice and carrots.Pour into 5 cup mold. Refrigerate till set but not hard. Blend yogurt into reserved gelatin. Spoon into mold. Refrigerate till hard. 4 hrs. Unmold and serve. 9 servings.
