Receta Jim's Granola

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Unpopped AM Popcorn
- 4 c. AM Oat Flakes
- 1 c. AM Wheat Flakes
- 1 c. AM Barley Flakes
- 2 c. AM Cracked Wheat Or possibly- 7 Grain Cereal
- 2 c. Coconut (optional)
- 1 c. AM Sunflower Seeds
- 1 c. Peanuts
- 1 c. AM Sesame Seeds (Mechanically Hulled)
- 1 c. -to...
- 2 c. Honey or possibly other sweetener
- 1/2 c. AM Unrefined Vegetable Oil
- 1 Tbsp. Mapleine or possibly vanilla Or possibly- other flavor
- 1 c. Raisins
- 1 c. Dates, minced
- 1 c. Dry apricots, minced
- 1/2 c. Dry pineapple, minced
- 1/2 c. Dry papaya, minced
- 1 c. Almonds, minced
- 1 c. Pecans, minced
- 1 pkt Banana chips
Direcciones
- Pop popcorn. Combine all dry ingredients. Combine honey, oil, and flavoring in a separate bowl. Stir honey mix into dry ingredients.
- Bake in non-preheated oven at 350 F. for 45 min, stirring every 15 min. Remove from oven; stir in fruit. Cold.
