Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Unpopped AM Popcorn
  • 4 c. AM Oat Flakes
  • 1 c. AM Wheat Flakes
  • 1 c. AM Barley Flakes
  • 2 c. AM Cracked Wheat Or possibly- 7 Grain Cereal
  • 2 c. Coconut (optional)
  • 1 c. AM Sunflower Seeds
  • 1 c. Peanuts
  • 1 c. AM Sesame Seeds (Mechanically Hulled)
  • 1 c. -to...
  • 2 c. Honey or possibly other sweetener
  • 1/2 c. AM Unrefined Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Mapleine or possibly vanilla Or possibly- other flavor
  • 1 c. Raisins
  • 1 c. Dates, minced
  • 1 c. Dry apricots, minced
  • 1/2 c. Dry pineapple, minced
  • 1/2 c. Dry papaya, minced
  • 1 c. Almonds, minced
  • 1 c. Pecans, minced
  • 1 pkt Banana chips

Direcciones

  1. Pop popcorn. Combine all dry ingredients. Combine honey, oil, and flavoring in a separate bowl. Stir honey mix into dry ingredients.
  2. Bake in non-preheated oven at 350 F. for 45 min, stirring every 15 min. Remove from oven; stir in fruit. Cold.
