Receta Kapusniak Polish Sauerkraut Soup

Ingredientes
- 2 lb smoked pork shanks
- 1 quart water
- 1 x onion, well browned
- 1 quart sauerkraut juice
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. cream
- 1 x egg
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 3/4 c. lowfat milk
Direcciones
- Cook meat in water till well done. Add in onion, sauerkraut juice and sugar.
- Beat egg, add in flour, lowfat milk and cream. Add in to soup and bring to a boil.
- Serve with potato dumplings.
