Ingredientes

  • 100 lb pinto beans
  • 48 lrg onions, minced
  • 4 c. jalapeno chilies with juice
  • 40 lb meat (ham, sausage, pork, bacon ends, grnd beef, etc)
  • 4 c. chili pwdr salt to taste

Direcciones

  1. Soak beans overnight, then raise to a boil on high heat.
  2. Add in all ingredients and simmer till tender (about 6 hrs).
  3. Add in water as necessary. Stir occasionally.
  4. Makes 60 gallons.
