- 1 Tbsp. New Mexico Chili Pwdr
- 1 Tbsp. Garlic pwdr
- 1 Tbsp. Oregano, dry
- 1 Tbsp. Rosemary, minced
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Sage, grnd
- 1 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp Mustard, powdered
- 1 tsp Black peppercorns, grnd

- I know it says brisket and which is what I made this one up for, but I have used it on brisket, port, venison, elk, buffalo, chicken, turkey etc.
- I then smoke normally for bout 30-45 min per pound
