Receta Lasagna With White Sauce

Ingredientes
- 1 lb grnd beef
- 1 x onion minced
- 1 can diced tomatoes - (14 1/2 ounce)
- 2 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 1 x beef bouillon cube
- 1 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 pkt mini lasagna noodles - (8 ounce) cooked and liquid removed
- 2 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine melted
- 3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese divided
Direcciones
- Cook lasagna noodles in boiling water for 5 min. Drain. In a skillet, brown grnd beef and onion, till onion is tender. Drain fat. Transfer meat mix to crockpot. Stir in tomatoes, tomato paste, bouillon, and seasonings. Add in cooked lasagna noodles.
- In a small bowl, mix melted margarine, flour, salt, pepper, lowfat milk, and 1 c. of mozzarella cheese. Stir into crockpot. Cover and cook on LOW 4 to 6 hrs or possibly on HIGH 2 to 3 hrs.
- In the last 30 min, turn crockpot to HIGH, if cooking on LOW. Top with remainder of mozzarella cheese. Serve when cheese is melted.
- This recipe yields 10 to 12 servings.
