Receta Lavender Marinade For Poultry Or Fish

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Orange juice
- 3 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 x Cloves garlic, pressed
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp Each: dry lavender, basil, fennel seeds, savory Kosher salt, freshly grnd pepper to taste

- Yield: 1 1/4 c. (10 2-Tbsp. servings)
- Standing time: 30 min-2 hrs
- This is good for any grilled poultry or possibly fish. You also can use this marinade as a salad dressing; see note.
- 1. Combine all ingredients in small bowl. Allow flavors to blend at least 2 hrs before pouring over meat. 2. Marinate poultry up to 2 hrs in refrigerator; fish up to 30 min.
- Note: To use as a salad dressing,substitute 1/2 c. lemon juice for orange juice and increase extra virgin olive oil to 1/2 c..
