Receta Marinade For Salmon Or Chicken

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. oyster sauce
- 1/2 c. dry sherry
- 1/4 c. minced garlic
- 2 Tbsp. sugar or possibly Splenda
- 1/2 c. minced cilantro
- 1 tsp chili paste with garlic (optional)
- 1 lb salmon fillets
Direcciones
- Combine all in a ziplock bag. Add in salmon and marinate for 1 hour. Broil salmon without turning for about 10 min.
- This marinade is also great on boneless chicken breasts.
- Serving Ideas : steamed potatoes and mixed vegetables
