Ingredientes
- 1/2 lb Day-old Italian or possibly French bread, sliced
- 1 lb Bulk pork sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 8 x Large eggs
- 2 c. Lowfat milk
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 8 ounce Swiss cheese, sliced
- 1/4 c. Minced fresh parsley
Direcciones
- Line the bottom of a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking dish with bread.
- Sprinkle with sausage. Beat Large eggs, lowfat milk and pepper; pour over sausage. Press bread down with a spatula to absorb egg mix. Top with cheese and parsley. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 30-35 min or possibly till a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Let stand 5 min before cutting.
