  • 1 Tbsp. Fat (or possibly butter)
  • 1 Tbsp. Flour
  • 2 Tbsp. Vinegar
  • 2/3 c. Bouillon or possibly 1/3 c. water With 1/3 c. tomato juice Salt and pepper
  • 1 lb Cooked beef Bread crumbs

Direcciones

  1. Slice onions and brown in fat. Add in flour and brown. Then add in vinegar, bouillon or possibly water and tomato juice. Cook together till slightly thickened, stirring constantly. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer sliced or possibly cubed beef in sauce a few min. Pour into baking dish, sprinkle with crumbs and bake in a warm hoven (400F) for 10 min.
