Receta Lemon Blueberry Biscuits

Ingredientes
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 2 tsp baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 8 ounce nonfat lemon yogurt
- 1 x egg lightly beaten
- 1/4 c. butter or possibly margarine melted
- 1 tsp grated lemon rind
- 1 c. blueberries
- 1/2 c. confectioner's sugar
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp grated lemon rind
Direcciones
- In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients. Combine yogurt, egg, butter and lemon peel; stir into dry ingredients just till moistened. Mix in blueberries. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto a greased baking sheet. Bake at 400 for 15-18 min or possibly till lightly browned. Combine glaze ingredients; drizzle over hot biscuits.
