  1. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a 4- or possibly 6-qt pressure cooker. Saute/fry onion and garlic till tender; remove. Brown chicken a few pcs at a time; set aside.

  3. Close pressure cooker cover securely. Place pressure regulator on vent pipe. Cook for 8 min, at 15 pounds pressure, with regulator rocking slowly. Cold pressure cooker at once. Remove chicken to a hot dish.
  4. Add in olives to liquid and heat. Blend together flour and cool water; add in to warm broth. Cook and stir liquid till thickened. Pour sauce over chicken.
  5. This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
