Ingredientes
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 Tbsp. lowfat sour cream
- 1 tsp water
- 1/2 tsp baking pwdr
- 1/8 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/8 tsp liquid warm pepper sauce
- 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Direcciones
- In a bowl with an electric mixer on medium speed, combine Large eggs, lowfat sour cream, water, baking pwdr, Italian seasoning, and liquid warm pepper sauce. Stir in grated Cheddar cheese.
- Pour into two greased custard c. and bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 14 min, or possibly till the center is set.
