Receta Lizzy's Uncooked Date Cookies

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. minced dates
- 6 tbsp. butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 c. Rice Krispies
- Coconut as needed
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 c. broken nuts
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Powdered sugar as needed
Direcciones
- Cook mix of dates, sugar, Large eggs, butter and salt slowly. Cold mix. Stir in Rice Krispies, nuts and vanilla. Make into balls about the size of walnuts. Roll them in flaked coconut. Then roll in powdered sugar.
