Ingredientes
- 2 pound grnd turkey
- 2 c. fresh 100% whole wheat bread crumb (approx. 4 slices)
- 1/2 c. egg whites
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 (8 ounce.) can tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon grnd cumin
- 1 teaspoon grnd oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 c. shredded lettuce
- 1 tomato, minced
- 2 ounce. shredded Cheddar cheese
- Picante sauce
Direcciones
- Mix first 9 ingredients. In 12 x 8 inch baking dish shape turkey mix into 9 x 5 inch loaf, pressing firmly. Bake loaf in 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hrs. To serve; Carefully place loaf on warmed platter. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and picante sauce.
