- 1/2 c. grnd flax seed meal
- 1/4 tsp baking pwdr
- 2 x Large eggs
- 2 Tbsp. oil or possibly melted butter
- 3 Tbsp. cottage cheese - (heaping)
- 1/4 c. cream

- Mix all ingredients together. You may need to add in a little water to thin.
- Fry as you would regular pancakes.
- This recipe yields 8 pancakes.
