Receta Low Country Barbecue Sauce

Ingredientes
- 2 c. Minced tomatoes
- 1 med Onion, finely minced
- 1/4 c. Butter or possibly margarine, melted
- 1/4 c. White vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Paprika
- 1 Tbsp. Pepper
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp Warm sauce
- 1 x Clove garlic
- 1/2 x Red pepper pod
Direcciones
- Process tomatoes through a food mill or possibly pulse several times in a food processor. Saute/fry' onion in butter in a medium saucepan till tender. Stir in tomatoes, vinegar, and remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer sauce, uncovered, 15 min, stirring occasionally.
- Remove and throw away garlic and red pepper pod. Serve sauce over sliced pork.
