Ingredientes
- 1/2 lb pasta shells
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 3/4 c. mascarpone cheese
- 3 Tbsp. parmesan cheese
- 1/3 c. walnuts, toasted/fine chop
Direcciones
- Cook pasta to the aldente stage; drain. Heat butter in a fireproof serving dish. Add in the mascarpone cheese (or possibly whipping cream) but don't let boil. Add in cooked pasta to the hot mascarpone mix, coating it well. Add in the parmesan cheese and minced walnuts. Serve with extra parmesan to taste. This is a very rich dish and a little goes a long way.
