Ingredientes
- 1 c. cooked whole kernel corn
- 1 c. cooked shelled lima beans
- 1 c. cooked tomatoes
- 2 tbsp. butter or possibly bacon grease
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 c. light cream
- 1 tbsp. sugar
Direcciones
- Simmer corn, lima beans, cream, salt, pepper, butter or possibly bacon grease in a saucepan over low heat for 15 min or possibly till tender. Separately simmer tomatoes and sugar for 5 min. Mix together and serve immediately.
