Receta Make Ahead Mashed Potato

Ingredientes
- 3 lb Potatoes, (about 4 large)
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 2 pkt (3-ounce) cream cheese, softened
- 2/3 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 1/4 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 Tbsp. Butter- melted
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
Direcciones
- Boil potatoes with salt til tender. Drain. Peel potatoes; place in large mixing bowl, and mash with a potato masher. Add in 2 tbsp. butter and next 4 ingredients, mixing till all ingredients are blended.
- Spoon mix into a lightly greased 12 x 8 x 2 inch baking dish. Brush top of mix with melted butter; sprinkle with paprika. Bake immediately, or possibly cover and chill. If refrigerated, let stand at room temperature 30 minutes. before baking. Bake at 350, uncovered, 30 min or possibly till warm.
