Receta Mandarin Chicken

Ingredientes
- Flour seasoned with salt, pepper and garlic pwdr
- 2 pound boneless chicken breasts, halved
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 2 tbsp. oil
- 1 sm. can mandarin oranges with juice liquid removed and reserved
- 4 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. orange juice
- 2 tbsp. honey
- 2 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon grnd ginger
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts
- 1 sm. can pineapple chunks, liquid removed
- 1 bunch broccoli flowerettes, steamed 5 minutes.
Direcciones
- Dredge chicken in the seasoned flour. In large skillet heat the butter. Add in oil and heat till warm. Add in chicken and brown on both sides.
- Mix juice from mandarin oranges, lemon juice, orange juice, honey, soy sauce and ginger. Pour the sauce over the chicken, cover and simmer 30 min.
- When chicken is fork tender, add in the oranges, pineapple chunks, water chestnuts and broccoli and simmer just till heated through.
