Ingredientes
- 1 pound grnd sirloin (or possibly lean beef)
- 1-2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 c. ricotta cheese
- 8 ounce. shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 c. Best Foods mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 c. zucchini, sliced
- 1 (16 ounce.) jar favorite spaghetti sauce
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1 box manicotti noodles
- Parmesan, grated
Direcciones
- Brown meat with garlic and onion, drain and set aside. Saute/fry mushrooms and zucchini. Add in meat mix.
- In separate bowl mix ricotta cheese, mayonnaise and 4 oz mozzarella. Add in meat-vegetable mix, mix thoroughly.
- Stuff slightly boiled manicotti shell noodles. Lay in pan lined with spaghetti sauce. Cover with extra sauce, mozzarella and grated Parmesan. Cover with foil, bake at 350 degrees for 20 min. Remove foil. Bake for 10 min more. Serves 5-6.
