- 2 c. bread crumbs
- 1 beaten egg
- 3/4 c. lowfat milk
- 4 tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard or possibly 1/2 teaspoon reg. mustard
Direcciones
- Mix all ingredients together. Spread ketchup on top of meatloaf before baking. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs.
