Receta Mexican Chops

Ingredientes
- 6 pork chops, browned
- 1 c. grated cheddar cheese
- 1 med. green pepper, cut in rings
- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 15 ounce. can tomato sauce
- 1 c. water
- 1 pkg. dry taco seasoning mix
Direcciones
- Arrange chops in 9 x 13 pan. Mix rice, seasonings, tomato sauce and water. Pour over chops. Seal with foil. Bake for 1 1/2 hrs at 350 degrees. remove 10 min before done. Sprinkle with cheese and put pepper rings on top. Re- seal and bake for 10 min. Serve with lowfat sour cream (optional).
