Receta Mexican Eggs

Ingredientes
- 2 tsp Butter
- 1/2 c. Mushrooms, sliced
- 1/4 c. Green pepper, minced
- 1 can Tomatoes, minced & liquid removed (14 ounce can)
- 6 x Bacon slices, cooked & crumbled
- 4 x Large eggs Salt & pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Heat butter in a medium skillet at medium heat. Add in mushrooms and green pepper. Cook and stir till lightly browned. Mix with liquid removed tomatoes and bacon. Spread in bottom of 4 individual baking dishes. Carefully break 1 egg into each dish. Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper. Bake uncovered, at 350F (180C) for about 20 min till Large eggs are set
