Receta Mexican Fried Rice

Ingredientes
- 3 Tbsp. Veg. oil
- 1 c. Rice,long grain brown
- 8 ounce Shrimp,popcorn
- 1 c. Chili salsa
- 1/2 c. Green pepper, diced
- 1 sm Onion, minced
- 1 clv garlic, chopped
- 2 c. Water
Direcciones
- In a 12" skillet, heat oil. Add in rice; cook till golden, stirring frequently. Stir in remaining ingredients and 2 c. water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer 15 to 20 min or possibly till rice is tender. Season to taste: serve additional salsa if you like.
- NOTE: I do not care for the shrimp in this recipe and it is wonderful without. But feel free- this is one of those "add in whatever you want" recipes.*
