  • 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
  • 1 lb Green beans, trimmed
  • 1 lrg Onion, minced
  • 2 x Garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 can RO*TEL Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies (10 ounce)
  • 2 tsp Basil Juice of 1/2 fresh lemon

Direcciones

  1. In a large skillet, saute/fry beans, onion and garlic in warm oil till beans are tender-crisp. Stir in RO*TEL and basil. Simmer uncovered for 10 min, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
