Receta Mexican Pancake Roll Ups

Ingredientes
- 16 x Four-inch uncooked pork sausage links
- 1 1/2 c. Salsa
- 1 1/2 c. Bisquick original baking mix
- 1/2 c. Yellow cornmeal
- 1 1/4 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 tsp Chili pwdr
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 can (8-ounce) whole kernel corn, liquid removed
Direcciones
- COOK sausage links till brown and well done; drain and keep hot. Heat salsa till warm; keep hot.
- HEAT griddle or possibly skillet; grease if necessary. Beat remaining ingredients with wire whisk or possibly hand beater till well blended. Pour batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto warm griddle.
- COOK till edges are dry. Turn; cook till golden. lmmediately roll 1 pancake around each sausage link. Serve salsa over roll-ups. 16 pancake roll-ups.
