Receta Miss Martha's Chess Pie

Ingredientes
- Â Â -martha white's southern
- Â Â samp
- 1Â 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. butter or possibly margarine
- Â Â softened (5 1/3 tbsp)
- 3 x Large eggs
- 1/3 c. lowfat milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. martha white self-rising
- Â Â corn meal mix
- 1 x unbaked 9-inch pastry shell
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350. Cream sugar and butter together in mixing bowl.
- Add in Large eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add in lowfat milk, vanilla, vinegar, and corn meal; beat till blended. Pour filling into pastry shell. Bake for 40 to 45 min or possibly till knife inserted one inch from center comes out clean. Don't overbake. Pie will continue to set as it cools. Cold on wire rack.
