Receta Mixed Fruit Bars

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. dates, cut up
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1/2 c. prunes, cut up
- 1 stick butter
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 c. minced nuts
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Direcciones
- Boil dates, raisins and prunes in 1 c. water for 5 min. Add in butter till melted. Set aside to cold. When cooled, add in Large eggs, soda and vanilla, salt, flour, nuts and spices. Mix well. Spray 7 x 11 inch pan. Pour batter in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 min. Cut in bars to serve.
