Receta Molded Cream Cheese Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. warm water
- 1 pkg. any flavor gelatin
- 3 ounce. pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. Cold Whip or possibly whipped evaporated lowfat milk
- 3 ounce. bottle maraschino cherries (opt.), cut up
- 1 c. coarsely broken nutmeats
- 1 can fruit cocktail or possibly any other fruits
Direcciones
- Pour warm water on gelatin. Stir till it is dissolved and then allow to stand till mix is slightly congealed. Add in cheese and blend well. Fold Cold Whip into gelatin and cheese mix. Add in fruit and nutmeats and mix well. Pour into ring mold. Refrigeratefor about 3 hrs. May add in fruit in center of mold after.
