Receta Molly's Egg Nog

Ingredientes
- 5 lg. cans evaporated lowfat milk
- 1 can condensed lowfat milk
- 5 lg. cans (evaporated lowfat milk) water
- 8 Large eggs, separated yolk & whites
- 2 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
Direcciones
- Mix all evaporated lowfat milk, water and condensed lowfat milk in large 7 qt pot. Let lowfat milk mix heat till almost comes to a boil. Turn fire off before coming to boil. Mix egg yolk and 2 c. sugar, vanilla extract and little lowfat milk mix to make into pouring consistency and add in to pot of lowfat milk while stirring. Keep heat off. Beat egg whites and add in 1/2 c. of sugar. Once mix is stiff, spoon egg whites onto top of lowfat milk mix in pot. Yield: 12 to 16 c. or possibly glasses.
