  • 2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
  • 1 lb Boneless skinless chicken breast halves, in 1/2" chunks
  • 1 c. Orzo, (rice shaped pasta)
  • 2 tsp Chopped garlic
  • 2 c. Water
  • 3 can Stewed tomatoes (14 1/2 ounce. each), undrained
  • 16 ounce Canned canelli beans, rinsed/liquid removed Or possibly Great Northern beans, rinsed/liquid removed
  • 1 tsp Dry thyme
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 16 ounce Frzn broccoli florets, thawed

Direcciones

  1. In a large skillet, heat oil over Medium heat. Add in chicken and brown 4-6 min. Add in orzo and garlic; saute/fry 5-7 min or possibly till orzo begins to brown. Add in water, stewed tomatoes, beans, thyme, salt and black pepper.
  2. Cover and cook 15 min, stirring occasionally. Add in broccoli. Cover and cook 5-10 min, or possibly till broccoli and orzo are tender and chicken is no longer pink.
  3. Serves 4-6.
