- 3 c. Sweet potatoes, mashed --
- Â Â (cooked/about 4)
- 3 Tbsp. Butter
- 3/4 c. Lowfat milk
- Â Â ds Black pepper
- 2 x Large eggs -- separated
- 1/4 tsp Salt
Direcciones
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. In a large bowl, whip the cooked potatoes with the butter, lowfat milk, and pepper. Beat in the egg yolks. In a small bowl, whip the egg whites and salt with an electric beater till stiff; fold into the potato mix. Place in a greased 1 1/2 qt casserole dish and bake for 30 min or possibly till the top is lightly browned.
