- 1 lb Crabmeat, special
- 1 x Egg
- 1 Tbsp. Prepared mustard
- 1 Tbsp. Old Bay seasoning
- 3 Tbsp. Self-rising flour
- 3 dsh warm pepper sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
Direcciones
- Put crabmeat in bowl, removing shell pcs. Add in all ingredients and mix gently till blended. Form into balls. Deep fry till golden brown.
- Yieldsabout 30 balls.
