Ingredientes
- 1/2 x (16-oz) jar Italian olive salad, liquid removed and minced
- 1/4 c. pitted black olives, minced
- 1 lrg stalk celery, minced
- 3 Tbsp. Tabasco Pepper Sauce, divided
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 x (8-inch) round loaf crusty French bread or possibly sourdough bread
- 1/4 lb thinly sliced salami
- 1/4 lb thinly sliced baked ham
- 1/4 lb thinly sliced provolone cheese
Direcciones
- Combine olive salad, black olives, celery, and 2 Tbsp. Tabasco Pepper Sauce in a bowl and mix well. Combine remaining 1 Tbsp. Tabasco Pepper Sauce and extra virgin olive oil in a small bowl.
- Cut bread in half to create two rounds and remove some of the soft inside from each half so which sandwich will not be too thick; brush inside each half with extra virgin olive oil mix. Spread olive salad mix over bottom half of bread. Top with salami, ham, and cheese. Replace top half of bread and cut sandwich into quarters.
- Makes 4 servings.
