Receta Mustard Glazed Pork Ribs

- 6 lb Pork ribs
- Â Â Vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. Spicy, brown mustard
- 2 Tbsp. Dry mustard
- 1 tsp Onion pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Garlic pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Spicy, brown mustard
- 3 Tbsp. Honey
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne
Direcciones
- One day in advance- coat ribs lightly with oil and apply rub. Chill overnight (12-16 hrs). Next day- smoke ribs at 200-220F 4-5 hrs. Apply glaze 20 min before removing from pit.
