- 1 lb Grnd Beef
- 2 Tbsp. Onion, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. Garlic, chopped
- 2 c. Tomato sauce
- 1/2 Tbsp. Cumin,grnd
- 1/2 Tbsp. Chili pwdr
- 1 x Bay leaf
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp. Cocoa pwdr, unsweetened
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 Tbsp. Oregano,dry
- 1 tsp Vinegar, white
- 1 can Kidney beans, 19 ounce,liquid removed
- Â Â Cooked spaghetti,or possibly other pasta
- Â Â Onions,yellow, chopped
- Â Â Butter
- Â Â Cheddar,grated
Direcciones
- Brown grnd meat, onions and garlic. Drain fat. Add in spices, tomato sauce, cocoa pwdr and vinegar. Simmer on low heat, 1 to 1/2 hrs, stirring occasionally. Cook spaghetti, drain and toss with 1 Tbsp butter. Fry onions in butter. Reheat liquid removed beans in water and drain.
