Receta Nancy Reagan's Coconut Macaroons

Ingredientes
- 2 x Egg whites
- 3/4 c. Granulated sugar
- 1 x d Salt
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/4 c. All-purpose flour
- 1 pkt Shredded coconut (7-ounce)
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Line 2 cookie sheets with foil. In medium bowl, beat egg whites, sugar, salt and vanilla. Add in flour and blend well.
- Mix in coconut. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet 1 inch apart. Bake for 15 to 20 min. Let cold on cookie sheet. Remove and store tightly covered.
- Yield: 2 to 2 1/2 dozen.
