Receta No Bake Key Lime Yogurt Cheesecake

Ingredientes
- 1 c. chocolate cookie crumbs
- 3 Tbsp. granulated sugar
- 1/4 c. butter, melted

- In small bowl, combine cookie crumbs and sugar and butter. Press firmly onto bottom of 9 inch spring form pan. Place in freezer for at least 10 min.
- Key Lime Yogurt Cheesecake Filling:1 envelope unflavored gelatin1/2 c. granulated sugar1/2 c. boiling water2 pkgs. (8 ounces each) nonfat cream cheese 2 cartons (8 ounces each) Foster's Key Lime Pie fat-free yogurt
- Mix gelatin and sugar in small bowl; add in boiling water and stir till gelatin completely dissolves, about 5 min.
- Using an electric mixer beat cream cheese till light; add in yogurt, beating till creamy and light. Slowly pour in gelatin and continue beating till thoroughly blended.
- Pour into prepared crust. Chill till hard, at least 3 hrs.
