Receta No Cholesterol Brownies

  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. all purpose flour
  • 3/4 c. unsweetened cocoa pwdr
  • 1 tsp baking pwdr
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 4 x egg whites beaten to blend
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2/3 c. minced walnuts


  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Grease 8-inch square pan with 2-inch-high sides.
  2. Combine first 5 ingredients in large bowl. Add in oil, egg whites and vanilla and blend. Stir in walnuts. Transfer to prepared pan. Bake till brownies are slightly puffed in center and edges are beginning to brown, about 30 min. Cover warm brownies in pan with foil and refrigerateovernight. Cut brownies into 16 2-inch squares. (Can be prepared 3 days ahead. Store in airtight container.)
  3. Makes 16.
