- 2 ounce Cooking chocolate, melted
- 1/2 c. Melted butter or possibly margarine
- 1 c. Lowfat sour cream or possibly lowfat yoghurt
- 1/2 c. Brown sugar
- 1 x Egg
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. Flour
- 1 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/2 c. Walnuts
- 3/4 c. Minced marshmallows
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 400 F & prepare muffin pans. Put the first six ingredients into a bowl & mix well. Add in the remaining ing. except marshmallows, blend till just mixed, then mix in the marshmallows. Put into pans & bake for 15-20 mins.
- Makes 15 muffins.
