Receta Oat Bran Waffles (Low Cholesterol)

Ingredientes
- 4 egg whites, (or possibly egg substitute equal to 2 large eggs)
- 2 c. non fat lowfat milk (evaporated skim lowfat milk is very good)
- 1 c. oat bran cereal
- 1 c. self rising flour
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 3 T vegetable oil
Direcciones
- Preheat the waffle iron. Mix all ingredients in a containr with a spout and pour onto the waffle iron. Bake 5 min or possibly till steam stops. Make 6 large waffles. the first waffle always sticks to the iron, so plan accordingly.Very Good! This is from Robert E. Kowalski's book "The 8 Week Cholesterol Cure".
